I had a great experience at Park's Ford Elgin because there was a large selection of cars on the forecourt and the sales person couldn’t do enough to help me find the car I wanted without being pushy.
I found the car I was looking for on the Parks website and after a call to the salesperson I reserved the car online. The car had been prepared and appeared to be in good order and condition. The salesperson was friendly and approachable and knowledgeable and guided me through the sales process. I did find the process of using your mobile phone to sign and verify documents cumbersome!! Possibility a tablet and stylus could be provided by the dealership to complete and finalise documents. But overall I was happy with the sales and trade in process. Thanks
